Shipping

Australia

Shipping is free to all states within Australia and New Zealand. We process your order within 2–4 business days. Local delivery can take 3 business days. All other shipments can take up to 5-7 business days based on location. We provide tracking for each order so you can follow shipment times specific to your area.

International

All international orders are shipped at a flat rate of AUD $15. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.


US Tariffs

Tariffs currently apply to shipments entering the United States.

  • Orders under USD $800 are not subject to tariffs.
  • For orders under AUD $1,000, any applicable tariff fees are covered by us.
  • Orders over AUD $1,000 may incur a 10% duty fee, calculated on the total order value.

All tariffs and duties are paid and processed in Australia prior to arrival in the US.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you change your mind, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Full-priced items and sale items purchased at 10-15% off are eligible for a full refund.

All other Sale items may be:

  • Exchanged (if your size is available), or
  • Returned for a store credit.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

For international orders, we understand shipping times may vary. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is deemed faulty.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached. Items deemed damaged or worn cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fold items carefully when returning them. Our packaging is reusable, and we encourage returns to be sent using the original packaging to reduce waste.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in producing each piece. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

We will offer a full refund and reimburse your return shipping costs for any confirmed faulty items.

Please note that minor finishing details, such as loose threads, do not constitute a fault.

We assess all claims in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Where a garment is deemed to have a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.


How to Exchange or Return an Item

Please notify us by email at info@oneiric-label.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 7 days of email confirmation.

When emailing about an exchange, please specify the style, size, and colour you would like. We will provide further instructions once we receive your email.
