Pre-order Items

All items that are made to order, Please allow 1-3 weeks time for orders to be made. If you need further information on production time please email oneiriccustomade@gmail.com.

Shipping

Australia | shipping to all states in Australia is free. Delivery time is 3-5 Days.

International | All international orders will be shipped at 15.00 AUD delivery rate. Delivery time is 7-14 days.

All orders are processed on business days Mon-Fri.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind for any reason on any full priced item you've purchased from us, you are more than welcome to return or exchange your item(s)  within 3 days from day of delivery or purchase in store. Items will not be able to be refunded beyond this point. We do not accept refunds on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period. You may be able to exchange item if it is still in stock or receive a credit note. 

Please note, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty. Return shipments to us will be covered by customers. If an item is lost by courier we cannot be held liable for this error.

If you are unsure about a specific item please feel free to contact us and ask any questions about a specific item via our contact page prior to making your purchase.

Items must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached. If items received are deemed to be damaged we cannot provide refund or exchange. Please fold item carefully when sending it back to us. All our packaging is reusable and we encourage returns to be sent through this way to reduce waste.

How to Exchange?

To exchange please notify us by email at oneiriccustomade@gmail.com within 3 days after delivery. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of email confirmation. When sending exchange email please specify style, size, colour you would like to exchange.
